About Benjamin Law Firm
The Benjamin Law Firm is a criminal defense firm with a well-earned reputation for providing Texans with effective advocacy in the state and federal criminal justice system. Founded on the principle that you are presumed innocent until proven guilty, we work tenaciously to protect your rights. Based in El Paso, we serve clients throughout Texas and New Mexico.
A History of Strength
Founding Attorney Brock Morgan Benjamin brings to his clients the advantages of decades of legal experience and the discipline and leadership of his military background as a former U.S. Army Ranger. This, combined with his Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS) certification in criminal law, enables our firm to take a strategic and calculated approach to every case, leaving no stone unturned in defending you.
Lawyers certified by the TBLS have “substantial, relevant experience” in their area of law, have completed continuing education in that area, and have passed a rigorous exam. Per the TBLS, you can expect the highest quality of service when working with certified attorneys. Of the more than 100,000 attorneys practicing in Texas, only 7,300 have been certified; Brock is one of only six in El Paso County. This distinction reflects his dedication to excellence in criminal defense and demonstrates his firm’s values.
Additionally, we are one of the few firms to offer legal representation in cases involving the U.S. Center for SafeSport, helping athletes and professionals defend their reputations against accusations of misconduct, harassment, or assault.
